Office Location: Southport
Hybrid working available – with the flexibility to work from home and collaborate in-office when needed. We believe in balancing focused home working with time spent working and connecting with colleagues in our modern offices.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Recruitment Administrator to provide administrative support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work closely with hiring managers and the wider People team, helping to ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and colleagues from vacancy approval through to onboarding.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely administrative support throughout the recruitment and selection process, including but not limited to:
Supporting the administration of recruitment requests and headcount approval processes;
Liaising with hiring managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date job descriptions are available;
Creating and uploading vacancies to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and relevant job boards;
Uploading candidate applications, CVs and supporting documentation to the ATS;
Providing administrative support to Recruitment Business Partners, Advisors and hiring managers;
Updating recruitment and HR systems at each stage of the candidate journey;
Coordinating candidate and hiring manager availability to arrange interviews;
Preparing interview schedules, meeting invitations and relevant documentation;
Supporting hiring managers with interview preparation;
Attending interviews as a note-taker when required;
Communicating with candidates regarding application progress, interview arrangements and outcomes;
Preparing offer documentation and supporting pre-employment checks;
Uploading successful applicants’ information and documentation to the HR system;
Supporting the onboarding process for new starters;
Assisting with the production of recruitment reports and workforce statistics;
Maintaining accurate recruitment records in line with data protection requirements;
Supporting recruitment fairs, careers events and other employer branding activities when required.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
Previous experience in a general administrative, recruitment administration or coordination role.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Positive, proactive and professional approach to work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
High level of confidentiality and awareness of data protection requirements.
Interest in developing a career in recruitment or human resources.
Desirable qualifications, skills and experience:
Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Experience of working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Experience of recruitment administration or candidate coordination.
Experience of working in a regulated or professional services environment.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and pre-employment checks.
Experience of producing reports using Microsoft Excel.
